I am not a chef. However, I have been working for restaurants since 1997. I have worked on the Information Technology and Finance side as well as managing three restaurants, a retail store, and a catering operation. I am also a Certified Wine Sommelier.

I love to cook. Preparing great food is a passion for me. I enjoy great food and great wine.
